      Pleurotus ostreatus hybrid

      Black Pearl, also known as Black Pearl King, is a hybrid between the King Trumpet and Black Oyster mushrooms.

      They have a mild, earthy flavor. 

      Due to their texture, it is a perfect meat substitute to vegan and vegetarian dishes.

      The whole mushroom is edible from stem to cap.

       

      These mushrooms should not be eaten raw.
      Store the mushrooms in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator in a paper bag.

      All our mushrooms are grown without pesticides and fertilizers.
