      Shipping Policy

      At Les 400 Pieds de Champignon, we do our best to find the fastest and most cost-effective shipping method for the items you ordered. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@les400piedsdechampignon.com and we will be back to you as soon as possible.

      Return Policy

      If you have problem with fresh and live products, please contact us immediately at info@les400piedsdechampignon.com or call us at +1 (418) 655-9690. Do not send these items back! Les 400 Pieds de Champignon does not offer refunds for fresh or live items. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

      Defective/damaged items:

      • If you received a damaged product, contact us immediately at the email or phone number given above 
      • You have to report defective/damaged items within 5 business days of the receipt
      • If possible, please provide us photos of the damaged packages and details
      • To process your return, please ship back the defective item, preferably with its original packaging, with a copy of invoice and your personal information (your name, shipping address, email and/or phone number, reason for return)
      • A replacement will be provided if it is deemed a defective or damaged product
      • After the defective merchandise has been returned and evaluated by us, a replacement will be shipped
      • Until we have received the defective item, the replacement will not be shipped 
      • The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee or the returning of the defective item

      International shipments (outside of Canada) are the customers’ own risk. We are only responsible for shipments in Canadian territory. We are no longer responsible once the package enters customs. If any items need to be re-shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all fees associated with reshipment.

      Refund policy

      Les 400 Pieds de Champignon does not offer refunds for fresh or live items. Please do not ship fresh or live items back. If you find that your fresh or live product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. 

      For other items the following protocols apply:

      • Refunds can be requested within 5 business days from the day of receipt 
      • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request once we received your returned item and inspected it 
      • Your refund will be processed 2-3 business days after approval and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method
      • In case of credit card refund, the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable
