Marie-Anne Oysters have a mild, earthy flavor, some would say they are savory with a slight bacon flavor. It is an excellent ingredient for soups and pastas.
These mushrooms should not be eaten raw.
Store the mushrooms in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator in a paper bag.
