The Enokitake or Golden Enokis grow in tightly packed bouquets.
Both their stems and caps are edible.
They have a mild, peppery flavor and can be both tender and crisp.
These mushrooms should not be eaten raw.
Store the mushrooms in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator in a paper bag.
